IGNITION YOUTH CONFERENCE
Every three years, MKMI conduts a National Youth Conference called Ignition which is held at our compound headquarters in Ozamiz city. IGNITION conferences conducted in 2010 and 2013 impacted thousands of youth – who were charged- up, challenged, ministered to, free and supernaturally equipped for the work of ministry. During 2013’s IGNITION, we had the special honor and privilege of hosting Pastor Kenneth W. Hagin, his wife Lynette, and their ministry team, who came to view and visit our ministry’s work, and participate in this great conference. During this conference, they both took the time to minister to our national network of pastors and leaders, as well as ministering to over 1,000 youth who attended IGNITION 2013 from all over the country.
Our next IGNITION is scheduled for 2016, but the dates haven’t yet been determined. Pray with us for God’s hand to be upon this great event – that we’ll have the right mix of speakers, interpreters and guests attending, and that all of the youth who attend will have their lives impacted, changed and challenged like never before. These young people represent the next generation of leaders in the body of Christ for this country, so we want to make sure we are razor-sharp in how we pray and prepare to conduct IGNITION 2016.
STRONGERMAN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Every three years, MKMI conduts a Leadership Conference called Strongerman which is held at our compound headquarters in Ozamiz city. STRONGERMAN CONFERENCES have been conducted for many years, and used to be called National Asian Leadership Conferences. We changed the name to more accurately reflect the purpose of said conference, according the passage in Luke 11:21-22. These conferences are designed to teach, train and equip our field personnel to be the “Stronger Man” that Jesus tells us that we are in Him – able to move the devil (the strong man) out of the way whenever and wherever he tries to stop us from fulfilling the Great Commission.
For many years these were annual conferences, but now, upon the leading of the Lord, we’re holding these large-scale conferences once every three years. Our next STRONGERMAN conference is scheduled for January 2018. Please be in agreement with us that this will be a powerful, life-changing conference for all of pastors, students, graduates and Christian workers nationwide. Pray also that our speakers will be anointed by God to bring powerful and anointed messages and insight to our men and women in the field for Jesus.
